Jasilyn and her team exceeded my expectations. I came to her a few months before my lease ended and she gave me great advice and put me in contact with a lender that could service my needs for a VA loan. After i worked on a few things, i came back to her with less than a month left on my lease! She promised me she would find me a property I would love and would be able to pre-occupy before closing. She did just that! Within one week I was under contract. I found a beautiful home in the area I wanted, that fits my family needs. She also negotiated 1 month of occupancy before we even closed. So like have you ever just decided on a whim to go look at a house and then boom a month later you’re closing?? When I tell y’all that my realtor is the REAL DEAL!!! Baby does NOT PLAY!
